• This is the first stone I have purchased. Didn't know how the experience was to be or going to be. Greg took his time and explained things to me when i first went into the office. He let me look make changes and look some more. He never acted like he was rushed or needed to move on. He had plenty of patience with me. They gave me an estimate of time frame for production. • When I went to Southern Marble and Granite to purchase a headstone for my Mama I had an idea of what I wanted and when I talked to Mr. Greg Fowler he was able to bring my ideas to life. I went into the office that Thursday afternoon a stranger but when I left I felt like I really knew this gentleman. He took his time and explained in detail each step and he didn't have a problem waiting for a response from my niece because I wanted to make sure she was satisfied with everything I had chosen. Mr. Fowler responds promptly to emails concerning corrections also. • After losing my grandmother to COVID-19 on January 1, 2021, looking for a headstone in NC from Texas was a task! Once I found Southern Marble and Granite, Mr. Greg Fowler made the process smooth and easy. Initially, the headstone wouldn’t be available until September. He explained that due to the high rate of deaths that a lot of granite and other materials were on back order. To my pleasant surprise the joint headstone with both my grandparents on there was placed 2 months earlier than expected and it is absolutely beautiful.
